Painting Title:- Cutting The Cake (The Nativity Painting) Version 1  

Text: Matthew 1 v 20 - 21

This painting was inspired by the Vicar of St. David's Church, Exeter, at his

Christmas Service in 2005. He had provided a cake in celebration of Jesus' birthday which he proceeded to cut up to be passed around the packed congregation. The cake seemed rather small to feed everyone, but at the end of the service there was over half the cake left! A miracle in itself with almost a mirror of "Feeding the 5,000".
